Learn More About Ask A Prayer.
A new and exciting way for people to get involved with local prayer.
Ask A Prayer is simply the best product available for creating a responsive prayer community at the local church level.
The Administrator Account
The mainframe of Ask A Prayer is the administrator account where a church can customize the product to their specific prayer groups and style. There are various levels of control built into the admin account. For example, some administrators would like the ability to approve all prayers or message posts before they go out to their church prayer community while others would prefer to give their users the ability to post immediately. Both methods are easily setup in Ask A Prayer.
Receive Prayer Requests
Pray requests can go into the Ask A Prayer system through a variety of ways, one way would be using the prayer request link on your existing church website (we can easily help you set this up). Another way would be for the individual prayer partners to add their own prayers into their personal prayer partner account. Yet another way would be for the Administrator or Church Staff to enter received requests into Ask A Prayer and assign the requests to specific prayer groups within the church. Regardless of the many ways requests get into Ask A Prayer, you will be able to quickly and privately get the requests to people in your church who want to pray.

Prayer Partners
Invite prayer partners to join your church community with the invite tool built into the Ask A Prayer admin section or direct prayer partners to join through various print media and announcements at your church. It is very easy for anyone to sign up while also retaining group permission controls on the admin level. One of the best features about Ask A Prayer is that prayer partners manager their own contact information so you are not responsible for updating their account with the latest e-mail account or phone number.
Prayer Partner Prayerbox
The prayerbox serves as the main prayer request information area. Prayer partners can keep track of requests that were assigned specifically to them or to the group that they belong to. This replaces the traditional e-mail inbox with a place specifically dedicated to important prayers. It’s too easy for prayers to get lost in standard e-mail clients when they are mixed in with 30 other e-mails related to work projects, shopping offers and updates from family and friends. With Ask A Prayer you are able to provide a central location for all prayer requests at your church while also offering privacy to requesters who only want certain groups to see their prayers.
Easy To Use
We have made Ask A Prayer very use. One way we have done this is to build prompts into the system to let the user know they are on the right track. We also took into consideration that many churches are filled with passionate pray-ers who are not comfortable with using computers and with this people group in mind we have made Ask A Prayer a simple, enjoyable tool to use.
Message Posts
Post messages for all prayer partners. Keep everyone up to date on the latest announcements – prayer meetings, service projects, or important corporate prayer requests. If desired, the administrator account can apply extra security to the message posts by requiring approval before message is posted or can use the pass through setting in which all messages are immediately posted.
Group Creator
With Ask A Prayer you can create one prayer group or a hundred, it’s completely up to you. Each group will have prayer partners that will receive requests assigned to their group. For example, you may want to create a prayer group for your church prayer team, just invite your prayer team members to become prayer partners for this specific group and upon joining the group they will start receiving all requests assigned to the prayer team. You can create groups for staff, small groups, all church prayer partners, singles ministry, evangelical outreach, hospital visits, or any other custom group…it’s the backbone of Ask A Prayer, create the specific groups that your church needs.
